The Wilmington Sea Dawgs, an established professional basketball team, is seeking up to ten players who not only have the desire to win basketball games but are also looking for a year-round career working with at-risk youth in and around the Wilmington, NC area.

To be considered for our unique program, potential team players must possess the following:

• At least two years of post high school playing experience (i.e. college, semi pro or professional)
• A four year degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related Human Service field; or a Bachelor’s degree in another field with four years post-graduate experience working with at-risk youth population
• At least two years post-graduate experience working with at-risk youth
